Our Trainers
The Call Centre of Excellence and our training program stands out from other non industry specific organisations as all our trainers have had extensive experience in the contact centre industry by holding positions in centres at all levels. Our trainers have started as Customer Service Agents on the floor and have worked their way up to team leaders and Centre Management. As they have experienced all facets of contact centres, they have developed a broader understanding of what an agent will experience as well as what management requires. CCE’s Trainers are able to then transfer this knowledge of all elements of centre life to our participants and trainees so they are better prepared for the position and expectations.
All our trainers and assessors:
- Have extensive industry experience, having held positions as call centre managers
- Maintain exposure/experience within the industry to keep abreast of industry trends
- Are nationally accredited assessors (BSZ98 as a minimum)
- Conduct assessments managed in partnership with a Registered Training Organisation
