Who can Participate in our Training Program?

Anyone can participate in our training program. There are three ways that you can participate: 

  • The Productivity Places Program
  • By utilising the Job Networks for funding
  • Pay for yourself

Productivity Places Program:

  • Are you of working age?
  • Are you Registered with a Job Network?
  • Would you like to gain a nationally recognised qualification in a Certificate II in Customer Contact?
  • Are you an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia?

If you have answered yes to all four questions then you may be eligible to undertake our course under the Productivity Places Program.

The Productivity Places Program is designed to help people who are returning to work gain a nationally accredited qualification that will aid them in finding employment. The best thing about these vouchers is that they come at no cost to the participant.

We are paid by the government to train you.

Other Ways

We don’t only train people under the Productivity Places Program. If you are being aided by a Job Network then you can also ask if they will fund you to attend our training.

Alternately you can discuss and negotiate other ways for payment to attend the course. Just give us a call and see what we can do.
