Course Overview

Certificate II in Customer Contact (ICT02) is an entry level national qualification designed to reflect the competencies required by a contact centre operator. This course/qualification enables participants to: 

  • Provide high quality customer service 
  • Update customer and product databases to ensure accuracy
  • Make outgoing calls to clients to promote services or seek information
  • Complete clerical duties related to the position
